I am doing a weight loss plan through the hospital and that is what they told us to do. I am feeling so much better about myself and I am sleeping so much better. I am looking to lose 30 pounds, tone up and eat healthier. I work odd hours so to find a class that works for me, doesn’t. My interest is to find a workout around 2:00-2:30 pm three days a week. Is this something that you do?
I currently have openings on Wednesday and Fridays from 11:30am -1pm or Tuesday and Thursdays 5- 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8am all at the Waukon location. I would have a 2 pm time open on Wednesday and Fridays in Monona. You are more than welcome to stop in and just check it out and meet with me to see what we do!
